Interesting use case for chart views

From my experience of working with OrgPlus in the public sector in the UK (i.e. local councils & authorities), I have found a very interesting use case for chart views that are created by our customers. - All local authority employees usually have a requirement to perform a regular annual criminal records check against their own employees because they are working with the general public.- Using OrgPlus, a number of councils are using conditional formatting to highlight employee chart boxes as and when the annual renewal date draws closer. This can be achieved through a “traffic lights” system (green box = ok, amber box= 3 months before renewal date, red= less than 1 month before renewal). Having this information in a clear and concise single chart view has proved to be very popular.- Taking this further still, one council currently sets their charts up so that when a criminal records check is due, the employee box will display a conditional hyperlink to the relevant documentation which can then be mailed directly to the appropriate department.
