Southampton City College used OrgPlus to visualise 650 employees and create a staff-wide directory. After implementation of OrgPlus, the college saw improved accuracy of its HRMS data, which has been vital when it uses the solution’s workforce modeling capabilities to address current HR issues. I find that most of my customers today want a “prescription” that eliminates more than one “pain”.
With reduced budgets, solutions that apply to more than one project or company challenge will increase overall solution value, but may require buy-in from other departments.
For example, a recent customer needed to adapt its workforce to the current economic climate. At the same time, they wanted to align the business when the economy upturns. Through an initial “goal sharing” call, we identified that OrgPlus Enterprise (with OrgPlus Enterprise Blueprint) suited their requirements 110%.

At first glance, you may think that “enterprise” organizational charts are just static documents and no big deal. However, as a seasoned enterprise technology consultant, I knew that “enterprise” organizational charts would be a very complex and powerful offering.
I experienced my first “a-ha” moment when I witnessed a client initially view their ERP data in OrgPlus Enterprise. The first time the client sees their actual data visualized in an OrgPlus organizational chart is when the light bulb goes off for them and they start to see the power of the product. As they say, “a picture is worth a thousand words”.
