I find that most of my customers today want a “prescription” that eliminates more than one “pain”.

With reduced budgets, solutions that apply to more than one project or company challenge will increase overall solution value, but may require buy-in from other departments.

For example, a recent customer needed to adapt its workforce to the current economic climate. At the same time, they wanted to align the business when the economy upturns. At first glance, you may think that “enterprise” organizational charts are just static documents and no big deal.  However, as a seasoned enterprise technology consultant, I knew that “enterprise” organizational charts would be a very complex and powerful offering.

I experienced my first “a-ha” moment when I witnessed a client initially view their ERP data in OrgPlus Enterprise. The first time the client sees their actual data visualized in an OrgPlus organizational chart is when the light bulb goes off for them and they start to see the power of the product. As they say, “a picture is worth a thousand words”.
